Really?! Hamburgers, Dill Pickles with Pinot? Yes - and Yummy!

Hamburger Sliders with Dill Pickles


¾ lb. ground beef
¼ lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
6 slices Dill Havarti
6 Hawaiian Style dinner rolls, split and toasted
6 dill pickle spears
Salt and Vinegar chips

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, pork, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the meat mixture into six, ½ or ¾-inch thick patties. Grill on barbecue to desired doneness, melting slices of cheese on top just before removing from heat.

Place burgers on toasted buns. Serve with pickle spears and chips.
